I've been with this hosting company for a few years now. At the time there was nobody that could compete with the features for the price. They do indeed offer a lot for the money, but if you do go with them pray to high heaven that you do not need support.

On several occasions I have used their "support" system only to be disappointed. For one help ticket I couldn't access the control panel. They replied and said they changed the password and to please try again. I replied and told them the DNS is not even resolving, to which they responded and asked to give them my username and password. Um, didn't you just change my password? What does that have to do with DNS not working?

(Stepping off soap box). If you are at all technical then you will know more than WHB's support staff, so don't bother with this company. If you are the most basic web hosting consumer and won't ever need support then this is a good company for you.
