These people are the epitome of automated roboticism. If you want a service provider that will NEVER communicate with you as a real human being, this is the provider for you.
Otherwise, if you like your site to NOT get turned off every time your recurring renewal comes up… DON’T USE ePowHost! (2 instances)
If you don’t like your site to be suddenly UNAVAILABLE for periods of time without any notifications as to why… DON’T USE ePowHost! (1 instance)
If you like having the ability to get a hold of a person to find out what’s going on… DON’T USE ePowHost! (10 instances)
This company, and it may be just 1 man, does not have a phone to contact, autoresponders all emails, never provides service outage notifications, has NO cust svc, and bills through a 3rd party who also has no phone contact info for this company either. Even whois DB info is useless!
I consider a huge portion of “reliability” that I can depend on my webhost to keep me notified, this is not a feature here.
They ARE cheap, and for GOOD reason!!!
