		<description>Issues are slow to be resolved. Occasional outages (of email and website) last anywhere from a few hours to a few days. 

Poor communication. Does not return calls at all, does not return emails in a timely manner.  

Price goes up about 50% after your first years&#039; introductory rate. 

Billing department has charged me twice (on two different websites) after I have asked them to cancel or suspend my account. (They eventually refunded my money, but it took quite a bit of effort to persuade them to process the refund.)</description>
