They provide managed webhosting. They say that their focus is being affordable, quality, and support. ServerPro has five hosting plans. The Value plan has 350 GB of disk space, 3,500 GB traffic a month, CGI, PHP, frontpage extensions, POP email account, control panel access, access to raw logs, traffic statistics, and it cost $5.99 a month. The Standard plan has 500 GB of disk space, CGI, PHP, 5,000 GB traffic, frontpage extensions, POP, FTP, sub-domains, MYSQL, control panel access, access to raw logs, traffic statistics, and it cost $10.99 a month.
The Premium plan at ServerPro has 600 GB of disk space, 6,000 GB traffic a month, CGI, PHP, shopping cart, telnet, frontpage extensions, POP, FTP, sub-domains, MySQL, control panel access, access to raw logs, traffic statistics, and it cost $20.99 a month. The Platinum plan at ServerPro has 800 GB of disk space, 8,000 GB traffic a month, CGI, PHP, shopping cart, telnet, frontpage extensions, POP, FTP, sub-domains, MYSQL, control panel access, traffic statistics, and it cost $29.99 a month. The Platinum Pro plan at for $48.33-$59.99 a month has many features like 10,000 GB bandwidth a month and 1,000 GB disk space, plus unlimited sub-domains, ftp accounts, MYSQL databases, POP email accounts, and mailing lists. The added bandwidth cost $4.00 a month for each GB. The domain name registration isn’t included with the free domain name setup. Any additional setups cost $15.00 apiece, but it is a one-time charge.

They have a support ticket system, contact form, and a postal address. Their live chat support is sometimes “away.” I can’t find a phone number posted. They do have an extensive faqs. ServerPro supplies resources in these areas: web development, programming, and server related.
I didn’t see any awards, recommendations, or customer testimonials on the ServerPro site. The affiliate program pays as much as $406 per sale. The payout is $160.00 and they pay once a month. The commission is 70%. They give you $10.00 for signing up. It looks like you have to signup to see, which payment methods they use.
At WebHosingRatings the customer reviewers rated ServerPro at 6.64 out of ten using four votes. Two of these reviewers say they have been denied access to their account or files and they say they had a hard time getting help. The other two brag on the support staff. At Vistainter.com there are fifteen positive and eight negative votes for ServerPro by customers. Two of the customers complain of downtime and one says recommends them. There aren’t very many reviews of them on the Internet. I didn’t notice a Better Business symbol on the ServerPro website. Check carefully before you make a webhosting decision.
