This service is easy to secure the service on the front end but the back office, customer support is terrible. They lock your domain, and will not communicate clearly the extra fees and procedures you will have to take to remove a site from thier hosting platform. I called and asked several people, one even told me onewebhosting would redirect if I included the new server address. what happened was they did not redirect and in fact they just canceled the account, shut off my site, kept it locked even though I just paid for another 30day cycle (which is still in its second week of the 30 days) I cannot reach help and thier customer service / tech support sent me an email back saying the trouble ticket would have be to forwarded to management. The whole time my site is down, I have some very significant business dealing to take care of and am in a proposal review / partnership negatiation - a time when people like to look at your website as part of the due diligence. All together I have paid all bills presented, followed thier procedures, aske the additional questions and still this ... not what I would call an ethical practice and it may even border on illegal - taking money for services and not rendering those services. Obviously if I lose this account I will have to take action - already tow call have come in asking me where is out site.
